Bondor Insulated Panel Systems offers the following main features to assure superior product quality:
All joints will be designed and fabricated to ensure integrity of insulation and vapor seal. Slip Joint® is used for Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Polyurethane (PUR), Polyisocyanurate (PIR) and Mineral Wool Panels.
Joints will be capped and xed with powder-coated aluminum or folded steel ashing as necessary.

Both steel skins are 0.5 & 0.6 mm thick, made of high durability pre-painted steel and modified polyester/acrylic paint finish with substrates G300S Z275 Food Grade, Antibacterial & XRW which conforms to US Department of Agriculture (USDA) laws and regulations.
The high grade aluminum extrusions used in Bondor Insulated Panel Systems are specially designed for a wide range of applications, such as clean room, cold storage and modular building. The use of high grade aluminum provides a stronger, durable extrusion.
For clean room applications, the design of the extrusion is suitable to ful ll the requirement of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP/CPOB - Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik) as required by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan RI -BPOM).
